We started our search to look for plans to build a wedding/event barn in Leesburg, VA, almost two years ago. We found Barn Pros online and became interested in their company and plans. Rob Rishmawy was our Project Specialist and from our first phone call, all the way through to the completion of our project and beyond, Rob and everyone at Barn Pros were amazing! We built the Haymaker, a monitor style barn and couldn't be happier with not only how the barn turned out but the whole experience with Rob and the Barn Pros team! We had no knowledge prior to this project of what was involved in building a barn and Rob was there every step of the way, answering questions, helping us and encouraging us for months as we finalized our plans. I don't know how many times my husband and I called Rob with questions over the past year. Rob was always available and if he didn't know an answer, he would find it out and very quickly! Rob is such a nice person and we really enjoyed every conversation we had with him. What started out as a somewhat overwhelming project ,became doable as Rob walked through it with us every step of the way. Every person on the Barn Pros team that we dealt with was so nice and extremely professional and caring. We knew that they were invested and interested in making sure our project turned out exactly as we had wanted. Their customer service is excellent as well.
Even after the barn material was shipped, the Barn Pros team continually checked to make sure we had everything we needed and if anything came up, they jumped right on it.

Our barn turned out even more beautiful then we had imagined. We have started hosting weddings and events in the barn and the response has been overwhelming! Everyone who sees the barn cannot believe how gorgeous it is. All the guests at our events just rave about it! We literally have people stopping in the road taking pictures and just staring at the barn.

A big thank you to Rob and the entire Barn Pros team! You made our dreams come true and you are an amazing, caring, group of people. We couldn't have done a project of this magnitude without you. We can tell that you all truly love what you do and we are blessed that we chose Barn Pros!

Very pushy sales people. Did not have the best experience with these guys. We were planning to build and needed to submit preliminary plans to city for permitting. I explicitly asked what happen in the event that the we are unable to build and was told that I would be refunded. They required a full deposit for plans. Fast forward, city denies the proposed plans and the same exact person says. "I'm not sure what type of refund you are expecting.." While they were very quick to get back to me and accept payments, I felt they were dishonest and would not recommend. I would have had no complaints if they had decided to work with me and subtract cost of printing plans from the deposit.

I purchased front doors for my barn from Barn Pros. They were very helpful from picking out the right doors and the right hardware all the way to delivery to make them a perfect fit. The doors I purchased were way stronger built and much prettier than I imagined from just seeing them in the catalog!! Very well constructed! We could not have chose a better company to work with for service and product!

Ordered cross tie brackets for barn. The customer service from Amber Conley was outstanding. She was helpful , kind and knowledgeable. Shipping was prompt. When the package arrived the items were packaged expertly. Very well padded and secure. The actual product was fantastic. A very high quality. More than I I had seen from other companies. A very pleasant surprise. We will be customers for life. Thank you a wonderful experience

Love our Barn and so does our community. Robert Montgomery was extremely knowledgeable. Communication was excellent.
We live in Northern Alberta and they helped us thru the customs and payment process. Delivered it for free and followed up to ensure satisfaction!
We’ll be buying our next Barn with them as well.

I really dislike being ghosted. I contacted Barn Pros and had a phone conversation with a representative. The conversation was encouraging. I was then emailed more information and a form to fill out regarding the project. I was encouraged to "call or email with any questions, any time" by the representative. I did have questions. I emailed two days after the first conversation. No reply. I waited several days and followed up with a phone call. No answer so I left a message. That was a month ago. I have had no further response or contact from the company. If this is how they behave *before* the sale, imagine how well they support the project *after* the sale?

BTW - they also sell through Costco. Costco will also be hearing of my experience

From start to finish, Barn Pros was there to make sure everything went as planned. Delivery was smooth and the product lived up to it's advertising. We have received many complimets on the great look and design of our garage/barn. Thanks for the great building. It has improved our living experience in this mountainous region of Wyoming.

I purchased steel dutch stall doors advertised as super sturdy , great warranty , from barn pros in fall of 2019 for $1995. I put my senior TWH 26 in that stall for the first time 3 weeks ago. Within 2 weeks, the door was so badly bent it couldnt be opened. Barn pros refused to even look at it, refused to honor the warranty, refused to facilitate any repairs. Refused to provide a reasonable explanation of why a warranty would not apply.
