I have used them for twenty years, or more. They are easy to work with and an efficient billing company. They have knowledge about medicare and PPO insurance and other billing systems including workers compensation. The staff is professional The directors are pleasant and helpful when needed.

I do recommend that you orient your office to collect at the time of service and to take an active role in the first sixty days after EOB's come in, to maximize your success in the collections process. ACP does send out statements and even online bills these days, but collections is not what they do.

They are an excellent billing service. Rates are reasonable. My long-term relationship with them speaks powerfully in regards to their work.

I have used ACP services since 2006. The owners have always been so helpful in many cases, especially initial setup. The percentage charges is very reasonable, worth every penny. All the employees I have had contact with have been very helpful. Denise is our current contact, and she always is cheerful and accurate, and has helped track down claims issues with insurance companies when they have not processed our claims in a timely manner.
