⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service and Great Support!

I recently purchased a water filter and I couldn’t be happier!
I decided to fix my fridge by myself instead of calling a repairman. I was a little nervous at first, but the team made the whole process so much easier.

Their customer service was fantastic.

Now, my fridge is working perfectly again, and I feel proud that I could fix it myself!

My parents dryer stopped heating. We took the heating element in to replace it and Joe determined it was in good shape. He sent us home to bring him a different part which was also fine. He then spent the time to educate us on timer, breaker and running to test. It works perfectly now & no parts needed to be purchased. We are wiser because of Joe and the help he gave us.

I’d like to express how grateful we are for the excellent treatment at the Appliance Parts Center on 7360 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, Ca. I made many trips to the store with a furnace problem. Each time we came to the store we were always treated very well. The last time we went to the store, still having the problem, Dametra offered to come to our house to take a look. I've been a multiple return customer over the last few years. AC parts Outstanding, filters etc. Outstanding customer service with knowledgeable staff that don't sell you something you don't need. Joe was the most recent outstanding employee I've had the pleasure of working with. AC fan motor was shot (bushings worn out) Joe got me all fixed up with a new motor and explained the wiring setup to me and even somewhat prepared the motor for installation ( moved dust cover away from housung ) its this attention to detail and awesome knowledgeable staff that will make me a customer for life. Thanks Joe. AC works great!!

Update: Awesome customer service, still the case even three years later. Fixed me up with the contactor, AC's working great.

This place is great for all you DIY folks. I stopped by expecting to pay an arm and a leg for a new thermosta, but Joe offered somelow-cost suggestion to try prior to making a big purchase. He listened and gave me the best free advice I've gotten this year.

I purchased an oven igniter, cost $53.00, asked so expensive, was told very rudely, it was a GE part. Because I am senior, doesn’t mean I don’t know a cheap import part from American made.
Installed the igniter, turned on, the igniter flashed bright, then no blow. Open up oven and found the igniter I. Several pieces in bottom of oven. Called was told I was sold good part, no warranty and or refunds.
I went found a GE made in America igniter for $14.00. I installed the igniter and now the oven works perfectly.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS DISHONEST STORE

Response to your five bullet points.
Only truth is bullet point one, your salesman did test the igniter. I questioned the cost, he explained it was a GE part, therefore the high cost. It not a GE part, it’s import replacement part.

I went to this place 3 times trying to ensure i was going to get the correct part for my dryer and each time Joe the person i was working with helped me out and explained somethings to make sure all avenues was explored before ordering the dryer motor. They all seem very helpful to make sure you are confident in your parts purchasing decision as well as providing suggestions on other possible issues before you have to make the big price tag part. Thank you guys for your help i really appreciated your time and help.
