I no longer use propane at all. I am however storing a 100 gallon propane tank next to my home where I had hoped to plant trees this past spring. The tank belongs to AmeriGas Propane. I requested in February that the empty tank be removed. I was told there would be a charge of $65.00 to pick up a tank I had paid rental fees on for 40 years. I did pay the $65.00 in February. The tank is still sitting in my yard. I have called numerous times and set up appointments for pick up. No one comes to get the tank and no one calls to reschedule. I'm at a loss as to what to do to get this old tank off my property. Badly run company. Only contact their customers to get money. No service.

Come get your tank! It’s been here for over 2 years since I bought the property ?. I called so many times that I lost count.

Switched companies a few months ago. They picked up the tank and continue to send me tank rental bills even after I called them on 4/15/17. The latest bill is a 60 day past due notice. Stay away from this company.

Been with this company since 1994. It was a good company at one time but now it is terrible. No one ever answers the phone when you call. They only called me after leaving email with parent company Amerigas. They said they would deliver this morning and here it is 5pm and no propane.

Needed an emergency deliver so I paid the expedited fee and line check fee. Was told the driver would let me know when he would be delivering. No call all day so I called and said I have to pick up my daughter from school at a specific time. Lady on the phone said she’d let the drive know and he will call before coming. He did not call but of course showed up when I was gone. He told me they would send someone else out tonight when I called I was told it would be and addiontal charge of $150 and $79. I have no heat in my house and they know I’m stuck. Completely BS

this company is completely awful!!!!!!!! I am left on hold for numerous hours. Propane is never delivered when told. They do not call you if there is a problem. I ordered propane 15 days ago ad still have not received it. The people on the phone are rude! 100% would not recommend this company. Take your business else where.

The WORST company to ever to deal with. Promises you one rate and it is 3 times more expensive when bill is received. Comes on property when not scheduled nor asked. They filled up our propane tank when it was at 50% and bill $4.25 per gallon and would not reduce their rate. Overall go with someone else. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Mountain Proflame is now Amerigas. It is an unconscionable, ripoff company. They should be shut down. They took an order from me to refill my residential propane tank on December 17th, they didn't tell me this, but they weren't even planning to deliver until January 4th. In the meantime, they charged me $119.00 for an Amerigas discount card (little did I know everybody else charges less than their discounted rate). They also, charged me 50.00 for the same card. After they took my order and charged me for the discount card, I found out that they hadn't been delivering to their other customers! Other customers had been out of propane completely in below freezing temps, waiting 3 weeks for delivery and it still hadn't arrived. The staff at Amerigas knew they couldn't deliver the gas and it might be weeks or over a month before they could and they still took my money! It's shocking that a company like this can even exist.

Terrible customer service. The call center hangs up on you if they can’t figure out how to help you. Long wait times for delivery. I’m looking for a better service. I love my delivery driver, but this company is the worst.
