Ronnie went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road safely, and with peace of mind.

My tire sensor was alerting me that the tires were low, even after filling them up repeatedly.

Though they were short staffed and had full schedules till mid Sept, Ronnie took it upon himself to fill and re-check my tire pressure and reset the calibration.

It turns out I had inflated the tires almost double the PSI it needed to be.

shop.
I have always received Excellent service.
I have been taking my car there for all sorts of mechanical
issues for five years. The guys are super friendly and good communicators.
They always let you know up front what to expect and make very sound decisions for what is to be expected. I feel like I am talking to my brothers when I walk in there.
The shop is always clean
and they run their business from around 8ish to 530.
I can always make my appointments so I can have my car back before shop closes.

I’ve taken my vehicle there twice, first time for a new battery and last week to have an alignment.I had purchased new tires the week before somewhere else. I was told when I purchased new tires I had wear on the inside which meant my alignment was off. I didn’t hesitate I made the appointment which is easy and convenient. Both times the guys are friendly and engaging. As a woman and AAA member for 50 years I felt confident because of AAA history they would be reliable, fair pricing, top quality parts.I didn’t want to feel as though I’m being taken advantage of because of my gender. Again if AAA is putting their reputation on the line by opening these service centers I feel I can be confident with them.
My husband and I will be taking our vehicles here for service. And it’s close to my home which is also a plus for convenience.

I live in Santa Rosa and had met a friend in cotati for lunch and when I left to get in my car my car notified me that morning right rear tire had lost a lot of air. so I checked my Waze app and found that there was a AAA Auto and tire center very close so I took a chance and drove there. I pulled up to the open bays and asked one of the men working if I would be able to put air in my tire. he stopped what he was doing and came to check all of my tires for me and informed me that my right rear tire had a screw in it but that he could fix it right away for me. so I parked the car, went inside and it was very clean and comfortable and they had free ice cold water which was really nice. about 20 minutes later they told me my car was done. charged me $36 and off I went. Very nice people. very good service.

These guys are great! I had a lugnut (locking) that the key was missing for (the dealer did not provide it with the used car). So, standard options that work on other cars were not working on this one and the mechanics there, rather than cause me any greif figured out a way to drill the lugnut out...this was a hours long job that I am certain AAA Auto & Tire took a beating on. These guys did not give up, they got the wheel off of the car and the got the new tire on the rim for me.
They may have taken a beating on this job, but they gained a customer for life.

?The worst service and don't trust them if your a woman. My 2011 Camary only need a new alternator and my battery charged. ?They said it would take 4hrs. ?Because they would need to remove my bumper and? I needed a new battery and the price would be $1300 + . I told them let me do some research and get back to them. Everyauto shop I talked to said no they don't have to remove my bumper and it don't take 4hrs either. I did research online and never saw that to be true.?‍? Watched like 6 videos on alternator install and removal 2011 Toyota Cam. 2.5 engine push button or reg. I'm a woman but I feel they will try anybody. ?‍‍? It should cost no more than half at the most. They thought it was funny scamming over charging, wasting people time and money. ?Shameful discrimination no integrity ?I REPORTED TO BBB ✌️
