Absolutely atrocious. I am utterly appalled by the lack of professionalism and outright dishonesty exhibited by Royal Flush Bathroom Rentals during my son’s wedding on June 1, 2024, at 33 Hillside Ave, Norwood, NJ.

Despite being assured multiple times that the bathroom trailer delivered would be equipped with a fully filled water tank, the water supply was exhausted within the first hour of the event. This glaring failure was inexcusable and directly contradicted the assurances given at the time of delivery. The tank was clearly not filled, as we were told it would be.

To make matters worse, during the wedding ceremony itself, my other son, an essential part of the event, was forced to leave to purchase a hose from Lowe's, causing him to miss significant parts of his brother's wedding—a once-in-a-lifetime moment he will never get back. This disruption was not just an inconvenience; it was an outright dereliction of duty on the part of Royal Flush.

When I called the service number for immediate assistance, the technician confirmed over the phone that the issue was due to an empty water tank, advising us to get a hose. The claim made by Royal Flush that they filled the tank at the house is an outright lie. It’s physically impossible, given that we didn't even have a hose that could reach the trailer from our tap. The trailer had two bathrooms, both of which were rendered unusable due to their negligence.

To add insult to injury, when we tried to resolve this issue through their customer service, our emails were completely ignored, forcing us to escalate the situation to our credit card company. Their failure to respond is a testament to their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service—or lack thereof—provided by Royal Flush Bathroom Rentals. Their blatant dishonesty and negligence turned what should have been a joyous occasion into a stressful and disruptive experience. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and the heartache.

If I could give negative stars, I would! It doesn't matter if they have the best prices in Connecticut, If they're not showing up to service the unit, it's completely irrelevant. As a paying customer who hired A Royal Flush to provide a unit and service it once a week, I shouldn't have to chase them down to request a refund for a unit they aren't servicing as agreed upon. At times this season, we had to wipe the inside of the unit down and restock toilet paper because they no-showed 4 weeks in a row. No communication but they had zero problem billing is for the service they weren't providing. To top it all off, when the driver finally showed up this morning (unannounced) I directed him on exactly where to pull his truck up to as all drivers had down previous to him. It's not complicated. However, he chose to not follow our instructions and rather pulled down our gravel walkway and grass that customers use to access our store. When I confronted him about why he didn't follow the instructions we clearly just walked through, he said his boss told him to do it this way. So let's disregard what the paying customer told you to do... Smart! This was not a case of, "well the truck may get stuck, or my hose won't reach." We've done it this way for the last 5 years!! It was simply a complete disregard and respect to the customer and their property. When my husband asked to speak with the driver's boss, she refused and could be heard saying, "You've been there too long. If the unit has been serviced, just get to the next place." What a disaster! They will be picking their unit up next week with zero sh*ts given!

This company totally dropped the ball for my event. I called in May to order a port a toilet for an event in July. I signed the contract and she told me I was all set. A couple weeks prior to the event, I called to make sure it was arriving and tried to pay. The girl confirmed my order was there but my rep needed to send the invoice. I got transferred to my rep apparently, and left a VM asking for an invoice so I can pay. The day before the event, I tried calling to pay once again and make sure it was being delivered. The rep told me the order was never finalized and my porta toilet was not being delivered because I never paid and the order never moved forward in their system. How many times does the client have to call to try to pay!? Now we’re having an event without the porta toilet that I ordered with plenty of notice. So disappointed and frustrated and will never be using this company again.

We used twice now for our son's birthday parties. Rose is fantastic - super easy to work with, thorough and the set-up and break-down always easy peasy. It helps alleviate the in and out of the house but keeps options open for guests, too!!

Delivery of the unit was prompt. When I called and said the unit had not been placed where it was supposed to go, the delivery man came back to the site within forty five minutes of my call and relocated it. And the only reason this mistake occurred is because we were not at the site to direct where the unit was to be placed. Picking up the unit after our event was also prompt. Professional courteous service. We were completely pleased with doing business with the company.

After several years of doing business with this company with seasonal units, the CEO, Mr. Butler, has “canceled” my business as a client. Their driver claimed to have skipped our service call due to rain, and I had the audacity to question that because it had been 78 degrees and sunny for 4 days. I should not dare to insist on service I paid for I guess. Turns out they actually had done the service, but I’m canceled anyway for being difficult. Completely unprofessional approach to what was their error to begin with. Call someone else who appreciates steady business and won’t leave you hanging.

When I go to outdoor events, I always hate to use those portable toilets....I went to the Travelers Championship this weekend and I could not believe how beautiful, comfortable and CLEAN the luxury toilet trailer was. It even had air conditioning and running water! One thing I did notice is that they had attendants from A Royal Flush on premise and making sure everything was perfect.
I would recommend them 100%
