Este lugar es una buena opción para ver un partido y beber algunos tragos baratos. Sin embargo, el baño masculino no tiene espejo, lo que significa que no puedo tomar una foto rápida para el gram. Por eso, debo darle cuatro estrellas en lugar de cinco.

Además, el bar estaba limpio, los tragos estaban razonablemente preciosos y todos los trabajadores eran amables.

Entré para jugar al billar. Era un día un poco tranquilo, lo que era perfecto para nosotros. Creo que fue el sábado o domingo después de la Navidad del 2017. Los tragos eran deliciosos y el billar era divertido.

No tengo quejas y tiene una vista hermosa del lago

Puff’s was a good spot to watch a game and drink some cheap drinks. I would leave it five stars, but the men’s restroom didn’t have a mirror which means I couldn’t snap a quick selfie for the gram. Because of that, I automatically have to give four stars instead of five.
Outside of that, the bar was clean, drinks were reasonably priced and everyone working was kind.

Went in to play pool. It was kind of a quiet day, which was okay with us. I believe it was the Saturday or Sunday after Thanksgiving 2017. Drinks were tasty, pool was fun.
Have no complaints and has a nice view of the lake!

Best burger I’ve had on the trip! All of our food was delicious. Best cheese balls too! The cook must be amazing! Great friendly service and atmosphere. Don’t miss this place if you are in Storm Lake!

Recently went here with my husband and a few friends, my husband started a tab that in the end was only $30. We paid but was told only 2¢ was paid- our account showed a pending charge of the full amount and since then has posted for that amount. But before anything we had to pay $30 AGAIN as there was “nothing they can do”. That’s $60. We have been waiting for our promised refund to no avail. Not only that but our friends who also had tabs were incorrectly charged more. This place is fine any other time, but don’t start a tab.

The bartender's lack of accommodation and unfriendly demeanor contributed to a disappointing experience. The overall service lacked enthusiasm and could benefit from improvement in customer interactions.

Staff was very rude. Service was far from satisfactory. Had to practically beg and flag them down just to get one drink. Made one of my friends leave because and quote “you’re not 21 years or older, you need to leave” law states at least 18 years of age to be in a bar establishment. Emphasize on RUDE. You don’t treat customers that way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY PEERS.

Bartender lady was rude, expected a larger tip, told my friend he wasn’t allowed in there because he’s “an obnoxious red-head”
Seems racist to me but he’s white so I’m not sure how that works:/
