Called inquiring what it would take to have a custom piece made and the man that answered was extremely rude. Called because I thought the work that they did was neat and well done. Dude told me to find somewhere closer to home and hung up.

Great business you are running there! Might want to invest in some communication classes for the gentlemen who answered the phone. Very poor communication and customer service.
