Bought a product that didn't fit from a vendor of Joe's racing products. The product was quality but wouldn't work for my application. The vendor wouldn't allow returns but Joe's took the product back no problem. They made it happen without any obligation to take the product back since they didn't sell it to me. Very satisfied

I bought a steering wheel and a quick disconnect, Almost $200. Love the product but I am bummed that no stickers came with it. What happened to the stickers we used to get when buying parts. I miss those days.

I called in the morning hoping to get my husband window repaired. I had already called two other places that was more money and time. Sam was excellent in getting me a speedy price and a speedy job. Awesome customer service and help. We had an issue with ordering the wrong torsion bar bushings and Kaleb in sales helped us out. He took the time to walk us through measuring our tube ID and then finding the ones we needed. Thank you Joe's and Kaleb, this is what the racing community is all about.
