I want to start with the sales good did a good job
Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. As they made promises, they never kept on my 2016 used 3500 ram truck. With 29500 miles on it.
It was purchased in November And here we are in March And things are still not fixed
There Service department used Non-OME parts. Like Mirrors bumpers. And whatever else they could go cheap on They would take the truck to the back, bringing it out front say it’s all finished And I would have license plate lights, just hanging off the back of the bumper The trailer Light plug-in would be all loose and falling off The back up sensors would then start to ding the dashboard On and off after they completed work I’ve taken it in four times To no avail, they refused to fix What Problem they created. When I had my mechanic look at it He was completely baffled As all he had to do was pull the bumper Reroute the wiring when they from when they put the bumper on Because it was down below the trailer pitch receiver And it needed to be above and attached to the Body When I had him look at the tail lights they put on Which weren’t OME He said it was missing all his clips, and it was only being held by two screws on each and this is the best one yet When you look at the license plate light which was hanging And I had taken it back instead of putting the clip back on They ran a screw through the bracket itself into the light, which now fills up full of water. What kind of dealership is this? I feel it is amateur work? (Not from a dealership ) The sales department did promise me a second Key fob Which they never did Relinquish or come up with
I also discussed this with the head guy, Rob And all he did was make the situation worse And being that I’m an hour drive away from the dealership They’re making it so I won’t come back Through Nutrition !
I would never purchase a vehicle from This dealership Nor would I have my vehicles worked on they’re shotty work Incomplete. And aftermarket parts Nor do they follow through and make sure they have some Check and balance.

If there was any way to add negative stars I would do that.

Both service checks great, even got a ride back home after I dropped off my vehicle. Another pleasant gentleman as well. Sometimes little touches make a big difference. I have a hybrid vehicle and it would be nice if they could just plug it into a high-speed charger so when I get the vehicle back I've got a nice full battery to test out the new repair, not like a tank of gas, whole lot cheaper, just saying. Good overall experience.

Wanting to go window shopping and start my search for a new truck and not wanting to drive too far that particular day I stopped by Rairdon Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep. Learned about the RAM 1500 and made a good choice with the help of Raj, a young, yet very knowledgeable salesman. His customer service was great and he had his team's 100% support to make the sale easy and painless. My MIL went in 2 days later and bought a truck from Raj too. Highly recommend him and the dealership

Great customer service. But after being told they’d only do a “soft credit check” and started the process of a hard credit check. I knew better & should’ve left at that moment. The vehicle is BEAUTIFUL, but I started to have a few electrical issues a month later. So I am now sitting at the Toyota dealership which is where I should’ve been from the start. GREAT customer service though. 😊

Went in for service and Ashley was my hero. The harness I needed was discontinued and Ashley went to work to find a solution. She found one back east, ordered it in and got my truck fixed and on the road as quick as possible. She saved me money by doing that as well! Wow it was Awesome. After purchasing (10 yes I'm old) in the past I was truly dreading doing it again. What a wonderful surprise!!!! In and out in 3 hours....everyone was great to work with. I came in schooled in Pricing and what my trade was worth. Made it very easy and they were great to work with.

My experience was great from start to finish. I found the truck online and was immediately contacted and given all the information I needed about my new truck. The sales rep, John, was very helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get me approved and out the door in no time at all. I didn’t feel pressured into anything at all. As a former Rairdon’s employee, i was flattered to see how far the quality of customer service has come. I will definitely be a returning customer as well as recommending their products and services to friends and family. Thank you John and Jeremy in finance and the Rairdons team for my Ram 2500!!
