I am a general contractor who has been using Canyon Creek for years. Over the last 12 months the quality has dropped drastically. The last 5 cabinet orders we have had to send back. These cabinets are garbage and the good reviews on here are fake. Do not buy Canyon Creek. The quality has gone down hill FAST. See some examples from our last 2 projects in the pictures.

We own a homebuilding business and have been partners with Canyon Creek Cabinet Company for over 25 years. We build and sell 80 to 100 homes a year and Canyon Creek Cabinets does all of them. The quality and dependability of this company is off the charts. We know they build a quality product and if needed, they immediately handle any issues that may arise. Because they are local, we are fortunate enough to take advantage of their training, insight into trends and styles and the ability to meet in-person regularly. We use their Cornerstone product line in Maple in all of our homes with the majority stained and the remainder painted. Our cabinet package is one of the stand out features in our homes and we credit that to Cabinet Creek Cabinets. They’ve done a very good job training our staff on their newest and very efficient ordering system and they are always willing and able to provide additional support. We value our long standing relationship with them.

Been having countless issues with Canyon Creek cabinets across multiple projects. We had most of the defective cabinets replaced but the ones they send are just as bad if not worse. We bought our custom cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms from Canyon Creek in 2019. They've held up very well. They were very responsive in providing replacements during our original installation, (two of the solid wood cabinet doors arrived warped due to how the wood dried after they made them, and there were some drawer boxes that were damaged in shipping - given the number of pieces we ordered, this was not unreasonable. All of the replacements were perfect and were sent in a timely manner.)

Fast forward 4 years, everything is still perfect. No warping and no quality issues. Recently, we wanted to rearrange our pantry layout and install a sliding roll-out that we bought but didn't install. We noticed that we did not have the mounting spacers or screws for it. I called Canyon Creek and Laura answered. She looked up my order number and promised to ship them out right away.

The cabinets were expensive, but they are beautiful and durable. For us, Canyon Creek have stood by their product and have provided us with excellent customer service, both during the initial purchase and 4 years after the purchase date.

I have been a dealer for Canyon Creek for over 2 years and my dad has been for selling their cabinets for over 30 years (since they were called Cascade Cabinets). Canyon Creek builds quality cabinetry and stands behind their product. Unfortunately, many of the poor reviews seem to be related to dealer/installation issues rather than the product itself. Like many companies, they have had some growing pains over the years. However, in our experience, they've always made it right. A wide range of door styles, finishes, custom options, fair pricing and a quick turnaround are the reasons we continue to use Canyon Creek in our projects. We've had countless happy homeowners and contractors over the years that have been very pleased with their cabinetry.

Fourteen years ago my contractor directed me to this company for my custom kitchen cabinets. They were able to perfectly match my combination of hand drawn sketches, a Lego model of my future kitchen, and various photos torn from magazines, to make my dreams come to life. Even today the quality of the materials has stood the test of time, and compliments continue to come!

This is a 4 month old MainVue home from Washington, one cabinet door has already fell off. Very disappointed with the workmanship and the cheap particle boards they use as part of the “Luxury Inclusions” marketed by the builder. Multiple failed holes super close to the hinge. Sharp nail sticking out creates safety hazard. Look, the worker didn’t even care to put the name tag in the right position. I’m in process working with builder to resolve. Home buyer and future customer be aware.

In 2018 we had our small kitchen remodeled. We choose Canyon Creek Cabinet Company on the recommendation of our contractor. That was a big mistake. Well over $10,000 and by 2023 they need to be replaced. The finish comes off any time water touches it. I have attached photos. I’m very disappointed and can’t tell you how strongly we feel we choose the wrong company.
