Online Inventory is Way Off! Drove to 3 different stores in State of WA! Prices are not correct either! But they honored price on item.

This place is hands down tops in my book. We have not had a good, fair priced supply store in the area since we lost T&D feed in downtown Redmond. We went there during the weekend and now I can’t wait to go back. This is my new go to farm, feed, fencing, hot wire, camping, outdoors, welding, cooking, smoking, Rv-ing, pumping, shooting, locking, hardware buying, pet supply, corral panel, tractor supplying, nuts, bolts and screws then fill your propane tank or buy a new one store. This place has something for everyone and the employees are wonderful. We were in there for about an hour and within that time we were asked about 5 times if we needed help finding something. I only wish we had more time to look around, but we were on a schedule. They also sell different baby chicks and turkeys but I didn’t see any quail, not sure if they carry them or can carry them. I didn’t ask. Most of their prices were competitive with the other local feed and supply stores in the area. They did say, if you don’t see a product I normally buy to let them know because they should be able to get it in for me. This visit was 5/5 stars, as I have said before I will update my reviews on my next visit, and if their star status changes you will know.

I liked the items and the team over there, super nice. However... They were unsure of the return policy, more specifically in exchange policy. My question was if I was to purchase this heater and I need to go bigger or smaller can I exchange it. And the response was I don't know. That's concerning, and makes me want to move back to Lowe's because I know if I have a problem. It's no questions asked.

I say this because I like to support the smaller organizations, though I realize it coastal is one of the bigger companies. We'll see what happens.

I swore after my last bad experience here that I would never return, heavy sigh, I did.... Yesterday around 12:15pm I stopped in to purchase a hay net and some rope that you purchase by the yard as I didn't want to drive across town to Tractor Supply. I walked the entire store in attempt to find someone to cut the rope but only saw 2 people at the registers. They were busy so I did one more lap and finally saw a man back by the ammunition behind the counter. I asked if there was someone who could help me and he said that guy was on lunch. I said, "so are you telling me I should leave and buy it somewhere else" his reply was "yep". Never again, Never ever again.

Awful customer service. The employees either aren't trained well, or just don't care. Last time they had ducks and chicks, their water was completely empty. I told an employee and 15 minutes later they still hadn't sent anyone to take care of them. I live closer to Coastal but drive further to other stores.

Arrived at their “Black Friday” sale at 5:00am. The generators they advertised for sale they don’t even have in stock. The nasty creature behind the counter responded with, well we have other stores. Nope, we’ve been customers for years. Not anymore. Might I suggest McDainels in Snohomish 😊 They have their sale items in stock and not 1 rude employee. Nice baiting job coastal after the worst storm in the NW
