Spencer LLC is amazing! I would give a million stars if I could!! They really helped me out when my remodeling project went sideways. We had originally purchased cabinets from another company for our project. That company apparently did not know what they were doing, made an absolute mess of everything, went out of business, couldn't make things right, and wouldn't give us any of our money back. While I was dealing with that nightmare, I reached out to the interwebs for guidance and advice and, thankfully, was referred to Will Spencer for help. Will took the time to show me what was done wrong by the other company and how things should have been done correctly. He offered to help us out and fix things, so we hired his team at Spencer LLC to make all new doors, drawers, pullout trays, crown, etc., and even two new tall pantry cabinets. Will and his team were very professional and wonderful to work with! They did an AMAZING job making things right and we could not be happier with the result. The cabinets are beautiful now! Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, and willingness to help us navigate such a terrible situation. My heart does not hurt anymore when I look at my cabinets! 😊

Spencer is AMAZING! They have made cabinets for 2 commercial spaces; office cabinets and cabinets for a highly used ice cream shop as well as made the cabinets for 2 kitchens for me. The cabinets have held up extremely well. I have ordered both stained and painted cabinets from them and they held up beautifully after a lot of wear. Their entire cabinet and drawers are all SOLID WOOD, not particle board which you find with lower quality places. What is totally different about this company is that they make all of their cabinets, they are not just a reseller they actually make them in Monroe. So they do incredible, high quality work with solid wood. Everyone at the company is so professional and responsive; Heather, Lindsey, Jessi and Will the owner. I highly recommend this company!

We recently purchased a new home and needed a kitchen remodel. A friend referred us to Spencer LLC and we’re so happy we went with them. The entire team was great to work with. My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Spencer LLC on a custom vanity for our master bathroom remodel. It's not a big project for a cabinet manufacturer, but it was important to us to buy a quality vanity. What a great experience we had!

From our initial meeting at the showroom in Monroe, through the design work and revisions with Heather, the next day quotes provided for all the options and changes I requested, to the packaging and careful handling during transport, I couldn't be more pleased. The quality and reasonable pricing for our custom vanity was enough to sell us, but one of the bonuses had to be Joel, who saw me peeking into the factory area and came out to the door to see if I had any questions. What a delight to see an employee so enthused about the products his company was selling! My experience didn't end there, though, as our particular project was ready for delivery ahead of the time estimated. Amy emailed me and then followed up with a phone call to ask if I was ready to rec'v the finished vanity. I got further updates with approximate ETA's as the driver made his way to our house. Here's the best part: The delivery 'guy' didn't just drop off the goods and run. The delivery 'guy' just happened to be Will, the owner of Spencer LLC. He delivers everything because he wants to be able to go over the product with the customer, answer any questions and get any and all feedback.

If you are looking for quality cabinetry at a competitive price, and you want to work with a company that will actually listen to you no matter the size of your project, then Spencer LLC comes highly recommended by us.

P.S. This is the best I could do--for now--with a photo. I plan to post more once the vanity is in place, with counter top mounted and handles and pulls installed.

I needed help finding a certain hinge, and I had been to many places with absolutely no help. I went to LCM Cabinets. The staff was so helpful, looked in their warehouse and had the hinge for me!!!! They really know their inventory and when I am ready for any upgrades to our home, will go straight to them first!
