Spoke w/ Natalie about a custom 1-piece paddle order. She was informative, accommodating, responsive, and made it work for me to get exactly what I wanted. Plus very fair about price, which was important to me. Offered picking it up at their facility to save shipping. Even offered possible factory tour whilst there to pick up. All my paddle friends who have dealt with Werner have praised their solid customer service. I never leave reviews…but a company who really tries to treat their customers right deserves recognition.

Poor quality control and terrible product and customer support. I purchased a Ripstick 89, and the quality of the blade finish was not good. I left a review on the Werner website stating that, and Werner removed it. I contacted Werner Paddles about the review deletion. Werner Paddles stated they can and will remove any reviews they do not like. Hence, why almost none of the Paddles on the Werner website actually have reviews. Pretty hard to trust or respect a company that hides people's honest reviews of their products.

I will never buy another Werner Paddle or product again.

I broke the adjustable handle on my four year old Ripstick 79, which is apparently not uncommon and certainly not ideal. They have parts but the website doesn't allow sales outside the US. I emailed info@wernerpaddles expecting crickets, as often happens with such emails, but Brandy got back to me within 15 minutes and I had a new handle in Vancouver in a couple of days. So while paddle reliability may be a work in progress, customer service is great!

Quite possibly the best paddles in the world! I've been using Werner paddles for years, and have never had an issue. From the fancy ones, right down to budget options, they're all strong and well built. Also made in Washington!

Such a great company, I must say. Overall there products my favorite I always have the best things to say about this company and there reliable products. And I most definitely suggest if looking for The Best wether ur looking for wether maby ur interested in either this place for employment or u may need to find good deals an great product. Eatherway I can honestly say I have nothing but great things to say about Werner Paddles. Hounistly recommend them really!
