My autistic adult son was in front of this church on September 21st, 2024 around 3:00 p.m. when a man jumped out a small tan/beige SUV and demanded my son give up his bicycle to him. He was in his 40s, Dark-Skinned, shaved bald 190lbs and about 5 ft 10. A built/stocky guy.

In the small light beige/tan SUV there was a young white male teenager. Maybe 18-20 with brown hair. He threatened to run my son over with the car. In the passenger seat was a female approximately 40 with black hair thin and white complexion. She was wearing glasses.

They took his bicycle which was a gift his girlfriend gave him a year ago. The police were called in a report was taken. The police officer said not to hold out too much hope for retrieving the bike even though the license plate number of the vehicle and a full description was provided.

The next day my son called the church to see if there was any camera footage that may have captured the incident. The gentleman on the phone said it's possible and they would look into it.

But then the gentleman at the church stated that he had a personal bicycle that he was not using and donated it to my son. He actually delivered the bike right to the house. My son was very excited. That was a wonderful gesture from the church. And an ironic thing considering the church is called a New Hope fellowship and the officer told him not to hold out hope for the bike that was stolen.

The amount of outstanding people in this church is baffling, such an amazing church, you can feel and see the power of God in every individuals walk and it's a small church

Do not go here for Pokemon. We were in the middle of a Pokemon Raid with my husband and child when someone approached our car and asked what we were doing there. We were polite and explained we were in the middle of a raid bottle with pokemon and he turned aggressive. Drove his car up on us yelled at us to get off the property and when we explained we would in 1 minute just finish the battle he ended up yelling at us in front of my child through the window. We locked out doors and did move...but he followed even when on a public street. If they don't want pokemon goers they need to request it removed as we've tried and they won't without the owners doing so.

SO FYI! If you don't want pokemon goers going to your place of worship request it removed please otherwise be nice.

You wanna know why I don’t go to church?

Last night during the wind storm we had going on, I found out Walmart no longer will let you park over night... so what’s the next safest place you can think of? A Church right?! Hahaha not! I find one and figure I’d be good for a night and be gone early in the morning... 3 big burly Church men come out and accuse me of selling drugs! bc my camper is older (but it’s clean) and they called the cops because “you just can’t stay” what the heck has this world come to? When a Church won’t let you be safe for a night without some big hassle.

Luckily for me the cop said he would rather I was parked here than causing a huge accident with the wind blowing me off the road! So there 😛 I’m literally speechless 😶
