The good news: Sierra Circuits makes a reasonably decent product for a very competitive price.
The bad news: Their customer support STINKS. That's not a very professional word to use, but has become increasingly apparent over several attempts to obtain pricing, DFM information, even technical inquiries. Most recently, I calendared a 30-minute consultation with customer support - twice - confirmed on the website - but no one called or responded with the contact details. Prior to that, I had asked for ROM estimate on assembly - and got peppered with several irrelevant questions. We decided not to pursue the matter farther, and I have just about convinced my manager to drop this company from future consideration for any business.

Update: I have upgraded my assessment of Sierra Circuits. My company continues to use them for prototypes. This is not to suggest that my previous experiences weren't valid or untrue. I had several frustrating experiences with the company in the early going. We finally figured out how to use their low-cost no-touch order system. It truly is just about a "no-touch" system - you do everything by yourself. If an engineer or technician even has to look at your design, expect to pay a higher price. There is a fairly detailed list on the website telling how to invoke this approach.
Their website has several handy online tools - but they aren't always user-friendly. You are on your own to figure out how to use them. Getting help from a live person is spotty at best. Their products are nonetheless good quality in my judgment..
