Really disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the employees installing a new gateway today at my residence. They made it clear there was a miscommunication on their paperwork for somethings location and were obviously disgruntled. I don't know why that needs to be taken out on us. The guys were slamming boards against my house, moving things that were not in their way that they could have asked me to move for them *3 of us available*, they were dragging our fence until they noticed we saw them and then started handling with care. We eventually left the gate open altogether for their convenience. I don't know how many pud workers it takes to install a new gateway but at least 3 rude ones. Employees drove trucks 505 565 486. Felt a lot of judgment from them regarding my house. I hope in the future if I need repairs I have someone else come out who is at least respectful of my property. I am paying for the service of internet. I'm sorry they had to make an upgrade to the equipment at my house, I didn't know my business was such an inconvenience. It would also be nice to see employees wearing their name tags and at least being polite to the people living in their home.

The billing system is so messed up, I pay the bill online 1 time and and automatically signed up for paperless. Now I have not received a bill on the website or in my email for over a month and when I call them I am somehow behind on my bill... I asked them to send me a paper bill for what I owe, and I still have not gotten one. I mean come on, a customer should not have to bother a business this much for a freaking bill!!
