I picked up hair oils from this shop that I’ve been usually faithfully everyday and my hair has been regaining its strength. Very good experience here. The lady is very nice and attentive. I hate to do it to my people but the manner the owner spoke to me was outrageous! She became frustrated due to me calling once three days in a row . I called to see what time they closed and to reassure that they were open. ( since the pandemic everyone has odd hours ) Hence , the fact that I live 45 minutes away . As soon as she answered , she hung up in my face . I assumed it was An accident an called back and she immediately started yelling at me as if I was an animal . Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Or does not matter if I call to ask your hours everyday , you should still remain a professional!!
