Please!!!! Please!!! stay away from this company. They are very.... unprofessional! They came and pick up two barrels to ship them to Jamaica from April 18, 2019. And until now we can’t get our barrels. They are a bunch of liars. The lady that does the paperwork said she was sick from work for two weeks and nobody call to say they would have a delay in the shipment. It is now May 31, 2019. And all now we can’t hear anything concrete about our barrels. Except that it will reach Jamaican June 19, 2019, two long months after they came to pick up our barrels.They have a lot of nerve having attitude when you try to get information. All they want to do is text you on watsapp and when you call the number they have listed nobody picks up. They are not trustworthy people. Telling everyone they are Seventh Day Adventist. All they do is promise to call you back and not once did they return my call. My worst experience. I’ve shopped with other companies and I never had this problem. They were courteous and made sure my shipment was delivered by the time they promised. This is the worst place period...

If I could give them a negative 0 I would this is by far the worse shipping company . I'm back and forth with this company about my barrels and I'm yet to receive them everytime you call your getting the run around with them every week there is a different excuse why the barrel is not ready. This company is detrimental to any caribbean person sending back home .I'm done with this my lawyer is going to get involved.

First time using them and it's the WORST EXPERIENCE ever it's been almost 4 months since I ship my barrel's with them and up to this day I still can't get my barrel's. Everytime I call they said they're in Jamaica they just sorting out paperwork and that's 4 and a half weeks ago. But believe me when I say today is the last time I'm gonna call about my stuff then my lawyer will be contacting them.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I paid extra to have a barrel shipped directly to someone's house; that did not happen. Not only was my package NOT shipped to the address it was supposed to, it was shipped to a completely different shipping company than was written on the invoice I was given. I understand that covid is going on and things are taking longer than normal, but it took more than a month to get any updates. When the barrel was finally located after going to several different places, we were told that this is not the first and only the this has happened. I called the company to speak to someone and no one answered and no one returned my call. I called every day for about 2 weeks, that was 3 months ago, I have still yet to receive a call back.

If you have a choice, DO NOT USE this company! You would be better off shipping through UPS or FEDEX! Terrible company, run by crooks and awful people.

Now I get a response to my review... more than 6 months after I had the issue. If you guys were such adiligent and hard working family owned and run business, why would you not return phone calls? Why does no one answer the phone when people call. I have called from different numbers and had the same results.

You guys are crooked thieves! You cannot in good conscience blame covid for your terrible behavior and the numerous horrid experiences your former customers have had. You will get everything that is coming to you. A complete waste of my time and money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...I used this company to ship my barrel to Grenada and I paid $125 US. When my barrel reach Grenada I had to pay again, because Guaranteed Shipping did not pay the money I had already pay them. When I try reaching out to them, their number was no longer in service. I got a number for the head office and the lady say there is nothing she can do she has to speak to the boss and get back to me. No return phone from them.

This is the most unprofessional Business I've ever come across in my entire life!! Thank God for Dennis Shipping in the Bronx who came through for me at the last minute and i will now use going forward. After all my setbacks with this Company My husband and myself had to unpack the barrel, put the stuff in my SUV and drove 1 hr to the Bronx because Guaranteed intl Shipping did not do their Job! I cant even waste my time to write the full story of what these people did to us.
Long story short, my barrel was shipped in exactly 2 weeks as Dennis Shipping promised, and was only charged a fee of $45.

Guaranteed international shipping you need to get your act together! You have lost a great Customer....

I’m gonna tell you right now if my mother doesn’t receive clearance for her barrels that were shipped over THREE months ago. I will not be calling. All you guys will hear from is my lawyer and the police. Three months and to no avail. You guys keep singing the same old song but this dolly house will fall to it’s knees when I’m through with you. You play stupid games you most definitely win stupid prizes. Not everyone is the same. How dare you scam and take advantage of hardworking, honest people. I swear the heartbreak and hurt you placed on people will be returned to you two folds. Thread lightly!!

Cornelius helped me with all my shipping needs, i had two items from an auction I won they picked up packed and shipped cross country to California.
