The Territory Manager of this location is awesome she helped me out with all my rentals needs in a 250,000sf building that we did in Stratford CT , she helped me out in everything and she always go the extra mile in everything she does , we 100% recommend her for all your rentals needs .

I worked with our salesman George Esposito to secure a rental skid steer while he coordinated with service to perform a 2000 hour service, repair an hydraulic issue and do an overall function and safety check on the machine. When the work was completed the service department called to let me know status and range of repairs. George than arranged to switch the rental and return our machine on the same truck.

We had a driver go against our explicit directions not to deliver unless someone was on site. He went ahead and delivered a boom in front of a handicapped school for children, obstructing pedestrian traffic for the school. As he tried to leave the property he entered another property adjacent to the school and knocked wires, resulting in various problems for our company, the school and the adjacent facility.
