I was assaulted yesterday but one of your drivers, he got arrested. The man attacked my race, called me a “spic” multiple times & kept telling me how im not American. Are these the people you employ ?

I have been calling them and so has my dad to come get this huge dumpster out of our driveway and they have said twice that they were coming the following day to get it and they haven’t. The first time it was because they had it marked as already picked up because of the account we had when we used them a few years ago… but it seems to me the date should have told them they were mistaken… I let that slide cause ya know anyone can make a mistake but at this point I’m getting angry. It’s been literally months and they haven’t come to get it and I just want to be able to park in my freaking driveway! And to top it off they almost tried to charge extra for us having it too long even though it was because they failed to come pick it up! No ma’am ! If anything I want a discount this is unbelievable and extremely frustrating! I think this is the 2nd bad review I’ve ever left and it takes a lot for me to resort to this but I need to get their attention somehow.

Do not use - spilled oil all over my driveway when delivering dumpster and refuse to clean it up. Owner does not return my calls. Not a good company to do business with.

I called Nicks on Thursday 9/20 to request a cart shortly after 9AM. There was an issue with scheduling but they would call me back. Never got a call back.

Friday 9/21 I called and was able to schedule a cart. They said it would be delivered Wednesday 9/25. They were then happy to take my credit card information. No cart on 9/25, 9/26, 9/27. Called several times. Each time there was some kind of unrest or argument in the background making conversations with the rep I speaking with difficult. Several times, I was put on hold to just the let noise die down.

The cart was finally delivered on 9/28 late in the afternoon after being promised it would be there before 10AM. The stories for the delay from the office and the driver were wildly different.

Filled the cart on Sunday. Called Monday 9/30 around 9AM to schedule pickup. Was told Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest.

Cart was still in the driveway Wednesday evening. The storm (Ida) comes through and because I couldn't park in the safety of my driveway, a branch comes down and kills my windshield.

I call Thursday 9/2 before 9AM. Was told it would be picked up. Called at 2:45PM, was told driver was in my area. 4:45PM, no one answers the phone because they are now closed.

The cart is still in my driveway.

Of course, a previous encounter with them should have tipped me off that they were unprofessional.

December 2020, I received an invoice from Nick's in the mail, with a "Bill To:" of "Tuna's Girlfriend". See the attached photo. I asked my wife who the bleep Tuna was. She wasn't amused.

I'd give zero stars, but I have to at least award one to let you know how bad they are.

Purchased a property and figured will use a local company. What a mistake. Called 6 times for them to pick up the old garbage that was left before I purchased the property. Month later still waiting. Management can care less. Will call American waste better company and reliable.

If I could’ve left negative stars I 100% would. This place is so negligent it’s quite literally disgusting. My apartment building has their dumpster there which they fail to empty for WEEKS on end. So weird considering that’s legitimately the point of the company right? The best part is after it has happened multiple times my apartment had the health department and town come by since there were so many complaints about it OVERFILLING. So convenient of them to be open 5 days a week as well I guess no one creates trash over the weekend. Also not really sure who the owner is but whoever FINALLY answered the phone (because according to her I guess they don’t open at 8am like their website says) claimed to be the owner and had 0 customer service, not sure how you can claim you are the owner and also have no customer service with your customers and then proceeded to catch an attitude back with me since I had one with her because all she could tell me was she “was aware” of my issue already and complained about how many times I called “before they open” which was within their business hours listed on their website. Can’t forget that she also hung up on me at the end of the call. Literally will never recommend this place to anyone, they are awful.
