Called to report air trapped in the lines and asked for them to come service. Tech was able to make it out the following day which great considering it was a non emergency. Tech confirmed air in the lines but didn’t bother trying to open the valves because he believed they were too old and wouldn’t open easily. Still charged me the $190 service fee and said they would need to be replaced in the summer. $2,013 to replace four valves worth $160. Not much of a review guy but feel I was completely robbed of $190 with zero effort on the techs part.

Air, Inc. converted us from oil to gas eleven years ago. We’ve been very pleased with the service and feel it has saved us a lot in energy costs over the years.
Jeremy came to clean and service the furnace and hot water heater this morning. He was pleasant and went about. performing his task efficiently. He seems to be a very competent young man.

We are hoping to get through another winter in comfort provided by our heating system.
