Was here for a private event. Used to have professional photos done at a studio located here. Good place to start an office/workspace for your business. Relatively inexpensive leasing rates.

BIC isn't bad and it looks nice however the price feels too high considering where its located and the fact that there is still asbestos in the buildings. And the buildings have warped glass and is next to a train station.. It seems they don't care about safety because they let their crew just tear at the asbestos openly.

We enjoy being tenants of The Bridgeport Innovation Center. A someone previously commented- "the spaces need work"- this varies between space to space. There are industrial spaces suitable for storage, and there are also loft spaces, may of which have been renovated/ painted, and are great for a bright space to set up office or small business. The security guard is also 24/7, in addition to an abundance of security cameras. The major benefit to this place is value. They price their spaces right in comparison to nearby facilities with similar location/ access to i95.

It's a little run down but nice when considering the cost to rent a space. The staff is very nice and super busy. All the rentable spaces I have seen needed so renovation. The overall look and feel is of an industrial factor.
