I contacted the marina at around 4 p.m. to inquire about an available slip, and though they confirmed availability, they declined to accommodate us because they believed there wouldn’t be sufficient time to complete the check-in process, despite us being only a couple of miles away and able to arrive before 5 p.m. Having traveled extensively up and down the East Coast and through Canada on the Down East Circle, I’ve consistently experienced excellent service from various marinas. Unfortunately, this was an exception. While the marina appears to have good facilities and positive reviews, this encounter suggests that their customer service may not be as flexible or accommodating as expected. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other travelers

This bright addition to Bridgeport help utilize a harbor that was in dire need of attention. It's wonderful to drive by, stop in, see from the train or the ferry how beautful the harbor is. A hidden gem that was finally unearthed.

We are cruising on our sailboat and we were in Mystic CT. We were watching the hurricane advance and wanted to put in to a dock to be more protected from the storm. The storm was due on Tuesday and we called first thing Sunday morning planning to head to Bridgeport.

We had visited the marina earlier in the season and were impressed with facilities. Unfortunately they had very few slips rented so we anticipated they would have room. we called that morning too ask for a slip for Monday and Tuesday nights we were told we would have to commit to 5 nights at $5/ft. For our 43' boat that would be $1000. My husband thought they were joking and asked if it was "storm pricing". We kept looking.

It is so discouraging when people try to take advantage of people during adverse conditions. Thankfully we don't usually run into such price gouging. I wonder how they are going to fill those slips if they aren't more customer friendly.

We were pulling in for one night, leaving early the next morning. First of all, the dock master would not listen to our directions. We have been traveling the East coast from Canada to the Bahamas for twenty years and we know our boat. We are 55feet with no bow thruster. Asked dock master to tie our bow down and he insisted on holding the line.
He wedged us in with a boat behind and there were many empty slips and a lot of empty face docks. It made our leaving difficult because we were blown onto the dock and had little room to maneuver.
Beautiful facility but terrible dock hands.
Horribly experience. We won’t be back.

Great secure marina! Great facilities. A lot of mega yachts but plenty sailboats too. Deep water concrete and steel docks. Great restaurant and it's a 100 yard walk to bass pro shop.

DeckHand Max was awesome. We docked for lunch at Boca and Max was right there waiting. Upon us docking he also gave us a quick rundown on the super Yacht that was also docked there. Super friendly and we will be stopping again to talk with Max.
