I asked for an notarized person which they have. The employee hung on me 3 times because he couldn't understand that I asked if the person that does notarized paperwork is available. A person who I deal with before just confirming before I go.. will he be available. I have no accent straight English. I feel it should be a diversity in every establishment. When I say the owner is the nicest professional person on earth. Wow what a difference 👏

I repeat DO NOT COME here or have YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED here . High chances of theft & not finding it through a disorganized pile . Save yourself. The front counter clerk is useless . Owner is never present

Because of where we live we have to shp stuff there, and 3 out of 10 times the packages get stolen. Not sure if the management is stealing things or others. Very unorganized and unprofessional

Quick & easy. I already had a box and label. Employee just helped me duct tape it close & put the shipping label on. Smooth process, service very nice. Door handle to get inside is a little wonky to turn open, just have to play with it.
