I had a great experience purchasing my new car from Premier Subaru. Phil my sales agent was professional and listened to all of the questions I had. He was willing to negotiate with me on price with the sales manager to reach a price we were both happy with, financing department was also very helpful, did not try to sell me on packages I did not want. My experience with Premier Subaru was great from beginning to end. My sales guy Matt was awesome, I never felt high pressure. My finance guy was also great! They had another associate walk me through some of the bells and whistles of my Forester and even linked up my phone. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.

I purchased a 2025 Outback from Premier and am happy with my overall experience with them. I have purchased three cars from three different dealers and Premier was the easiest and most down to earth of them. I felt no pressure and my salesman, Jeremy, discussed what I needed and helped me pick a great car. He was also patient with answering any questions and with showing me different options, which I appreciated. Parker, a sales manager, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get me into my new vehicle sooner. I am appreciative of his efforts. Jack, who handled our financing, was great as well and was upfront about any warranty questions and was not pushy in the way that other places can be.

This place is perfect for anyone looking for a Subaru, new or used, and I will happily come back for future needs, mostly due to the engagement that the entire team had with me and my questions or needs. The building is also well maintained, clean, and has a lot of great places to sit during service visits. The waiting areas are particularly nice and far outstrip any other dealer that I have seen.

My 2016 Subaru Forester Touring vehicle required extensive engine work due to a continuing oil leak problem. I brought it to the Premier Subaru Service Department in Branford, CT and was pleased to learn the necessary repairs would be covered under an extended warranty. I was given a new Subaru courtesy car to use while my vehicle was being repaired, and the only cost to me, for what would have been a significant expense, was the minimal co-pay required under the warranty. As I expected, it was a lengthy repair job, as new major engine parts had to be ordered and installed, and the vehicle had to undergo several tests before it could be returned. All the while my vehicle was being repaired, I received regular updates on the status of the work being done. I am happy with my Subaru Forester, which runs well, has relatively low mileage, is in good condition, and is fun to drive. I was hoping to keep it for a few more years. I can expect to do so now that is has been expertly repaired and is running well. I am completely satisfied. Thank you Premier Subaru! - C. Morgan

I bought my car at premier about 2 years ago and have been moving all over since then but premier is by far the best Subaru dealership where I have gotten any service done on my car. This last time I needed new tires and Heidi at the service center was incredibly helpful in going over options, they had what my car needed in stock, and it was done very quickly.

Purchased a new car and didn’t realize all of the accessories were not in the car until several days later. The dealership apologize ordered the parts and agreed to “ Make it right”. They sent a loaner car on a flatbed picked up our car, brought it to the dealership, installed the accessories and returned my car within 24 hours
