We traveled from LI,NY to this ford dealership. They by far gave us the best price and honored it over the phone. My husband was dealing mainly with Johnathan over the phone, we arranged a day to go there which was actually yesterday. He was not in and our sales woman Devon was phenomenal. The only little hiccup we encountered on the estimated price the NY sales tax was not on there and it was the CT, which changed the price a little but they worked quickly and effortlessly to honor what they had agreed on. You don’t get that “need to make a sale” vibe from anyone there. There was no pressure. HIGHLY recommended this
ford dealership to anyone. We are VERY happy with our new purchase and in a few years if we decided to purchase a new vehicle we would have no hesitation to make the trip again!

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here. Johnathan was very chill, did not push and made the experience pleasant. I was able to trade in my vehicle and leave with the new vehicle all in the same day. The truck needed some touching up so Sal at the service department made sure it was taken care of. Overall I would be back. Great teamwork! These days customer service is everything!

Had a great first experience at Grieco Ford. They made the repairs I needed and even delivered my vehicle back to my house free of charge! Only reason they didn’t get a 5 is because they said they would put my floor mats in the vehicle and they forgot and I had to make another trip to pick them up. Not a big deal, just keeping it real. Also, when I ordered the floor mats I assumed it would come with the rear cargo mat, but come to find out that had to be ordered separately so I had to make another trip. Would’ve been nice if I would have known. I’m sure I’ll have a 5 start experience next time. The people were really great.

I would not recommend using this company to purchase a vehicle. I put a deposit down on a vehicle on 12/19/24 and I have still not received the deposit back. The vehicle infotainment center was broken even after they tried to fix it so I went with another vehicle at a different dealership. Management continues to say “you will absolutely get your deposit back” but it’s been over 2 months and numerous phone calls with management and I keep getting the same run around that they will work on it. If you value your hard earned money and are looking for professional customer service I would look elsewhere.

I had to bring in one of our company cars to have some recalls addressed on it. Setting up the appointment could not have been easier and Mike (at the Service desk) was great through the entire process. I have not been at this dealership in quite some time but walking in, Mike greeted me immediately and was very customer service oriented, explaining the process, etc. He even set up a driver to take me back to work (which I didn't need but he did offer). I was also trying to figure out when to pick up the car the next day and he said he would have a driver either pick me up at work to get it or send two drivers out to drop the car off (which he ended up setting up). The inside of the dealership is extremely clean and welcoming, from the service desk, to the coffee/waiting area, etc. Again, going there for the first time in many years, it definitely left me with a positive experience!

Great experience at Grieco Ford In Branford Our sales person, Devan, was wonderful. She made us feel right at home. The sales and finance process were also great, they were very friendly and not pushy at all. Highly recommended and love my new Bronco.
