How inconsiderable for your truck to come to drive thru of a fast food restaurant. Instead of parking on the road, side walks were damaged, plants were damaged. This happened on Jan 14 2019 at 1 PM.
And I have to wait in line for my food for 10 minutes.

We first contacted Branford Building Supplies about ordering a storm door in October, 2020. Kyle responded to my inquiry and was initially helpful and informative. We ordered the door in August, 2021, after receiving an exact quote and identifying an installer, recommended by Branford Building Supplies, who was able to take on the job. The storm door was for a round top door, which we understood not every contractor was willing to work with. The door arrived in October, 2021, a few months after being ordered. The Z-bar that arrived with the door was for a door that opened in the opposite direction. This was confirmed in January, 2022. The correct part arrived in March, 2022. The new Z-bar was dented. At this point Kyle stopped responding to all our attempts at communication. We worked solely through the contractor, Paul, who they recommended. Paul put us in contact with Connie, saying she was higher up in the organization and would be able to assist. Connie initially agreed with us that the problem with the Z-bar should be fixed as anticipated. In September, 2022, she indicated the correct part had arrived and could be installed. In December 2022, the storm door was installed with the dented Z-bar and a door handle that is upside down. It appeared the correct and undamaged replacement part had not been received as we were told. Regarding the door handle, the set screws are on top of the handle, the handle opens upwards, and the name on the handle is upside down. Connie is no longer responding to our attempts at communication. Our experience with Branford Building Supply has been beyond disappointing. When something isn't right, instead of taking responsibility for the issue, they drop communications. We have been left with a faulty product that was not inexpensive. We have spent countless hours attempting to find a resolution for this with no luck. We wanted to support this local business, but instead recommend others avoid them at all cost.

I had a great experience working with Branford Building Supply. They were extremely accommodating for my project and were very competitively priced with Marvin windows, Lumber, etc. Michael, Frank, and Bernadette were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

Branford Building Supply has been just wonderful in helping me with my decking supplies. They are professional, courteous, and have provided me with a positive and fantastic customer experience.
I highly recommend them and their prices are not only very competitive to the big box stores, you get very knowledgeable, personal service as a bonus!

In my experience, I can never find anyone to help me at the big box stores and when I do track someone down, they are not knowledgeable and can rarely help me.

Support our local small businesses! They are there for us and we should be there for them.

This has got to be the worst business I have ever dealt with! Prepaid $3,300+ for a Simpson Exterior prehung Mahogany Door back in August 2018. It's February of 2019 and I just received word the day before my rescheduled delivery that it has been delayed again to the end of March. But get this... they can't guarantee it will be in by then. The first door they ordered incorrectly. Then they tried to fix their mistake by "gluing" strips of wood to the upper single pane of glass to give the "appearance" that it was corrected to the originally ordered three pane glass panel door. They didn't even notice the 2' split in the mahogany on the back of the door. Or, maybe they did... Now they insult me by offering 10% off my purchase price. I highly recommend you consider other options available to order windows and doors from another vendor.

What a nightmare!!! Took days and days and numerous phone calls and emails to receive my quote, wrong products delivered, damaged products delivered and nobody seems to care. Connie needs a lesson in customer service. I will do my very best to avoid branford building supply in the future.
