Helped a friend find a car. He browsed and found one he liked. Worked with Devonte in sales, he was awesome! He showed the car, gave information, worked with us, etc. He was patient and understood where we were going. He went out of his way to provide necessary pictures for insurance. We brought a cashiers check and did the deal. Out of there in less than 1 hour. Really appreciate his taking the time to help make things go smoothly. Good job! Next time we need a ride in that neighborhood we will check them out. Nice inventory, well checked over cars, and a sales staff that will get the job done. But next time we are not hopefully in a rush.

I was originally told that not all parts were there at the dealership and would have to bring back my car for installation. David then was able to allocate the parts my car needed from 3 different places from Hanford to Fresno. He saved me from having to make another trip and any delay in getting what my car needed done. I recently purchased a new truck at Selma Dodge, and my salesman Davonte was very helpful while also taking a no pressure approach. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the current incentives being offered, as well as quickly assisting me in getting to the price point I was looking for with very little haggling. The vehicle had an issue with the battery, so instead of having to return, Devonte hand delivered my vehicle detailed and a full gas tank. Scheduled an appointment for a recall on my truck. Went there and was told they couldn't do it since it required welding and they didn't do that in there. I was just told to try Visalia or Fresno cause they still did welding in there. I think it was downside from Selma cause they didn't even make an effort to call either Fresno or Visalia and get me a better referral and just for me to check them by myself. Also, the appointment page doesn't really specify of the recalls on your vehicle to see if they can perform them there, it just focuses on service and that would need to be improved in the appointment page. Due to the level of professionalism I recommend to consider your business here. Now to look for another time window to get my fix performed at another place. Disappointed on Selma Dodge Jeep RAM.

So I brought my wife here to look around and ended up walking away with a brand new 2023 Charger gt! Special thanks to Hector, Horacio and Jorge for helping us on getting an awesome deal for her new vehicle! They were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable with our purchase and gave us great insight on the vehicle’s features. They gave our new vehicle a wash before taking it home and made sure we got a full tank of gas as well! So if you’re looking for a dodge I highly recommend Selma auto mall’s Dodge and request for Hector or Horacio as your salesperson! 🙂
