I stumbled across this absolutely amazing shop when I was getting my alignment done they where in the same complex. And let me tell you I was pleasantly suprised when I went in for a quote. This shop is extremely professional and know they're stuff when it comes to custom exhaust work and they are on the ball they had problems with the wind during the week and had enough common sense to not take my vehicle with the possibility of the power being off. The prices are great and the work speaks for itself! If you're in the area and need quality work done give this shop a call you won't be disappointed! Thank you for doing the work on my Sequioa!

Although I am not new to the area, I was in need of a good exhaust shop to do some tailpipe work on my '67 Mustang. I asked around at the auto parts stores and got a narrowed list with Best Muffler's name coming up a couple of times. I phoned and spoke with Alex and he gave me the most reasonable of the quotes over the phone from the shops that I called.

I brought the car down first thing in the morning to have the work done on it and I was greeted by Eddie. Soon after the shop opened I was greeted by Alex and Mario. The entire crew there is so personable and caring in their approach to the work I requested to be done.

I wanted to have tailpipes added and exhaust tips mounted through the GT exhaust valance. Although the team recommended that I do a complete system (because of the age and performance), they understood that I was on a budget and did not pressure me whatsoever.

What's more is that during our discussion of the exhaust system I wanted to do in the future (adding an "H" pipe, changing the mufflers and increasing the tube size to 2 1/4"); they made the tailpipe section out of 2 1/4" so that it could be reused in the future!

I have been working on 60's classic cars for more than 35 years and I have to say that going forward I am glad that I have friends in the exhaust business at Best Muffler! I would NOT hesitate to use Best Muffler in the future for honest service and beautiful work. The welds on the exhaust done for the team is fantastic!!!

I had my 1980 Trans Am Turbo towed to Best Muffler, ($29,000 valued restoration completed) the job was quoted 2-3 days, it took them two weeks or more. (Alex just kept giving excuses after excuses). Vehicle had just been painted and a new windshield put in. Vehicle was received back with a structural crack in the windshield (from being lifted wrong), it had a mark right over the crack like something was set on the roof, the quarter panel buckled, and there were several screws left under the hood which made the back corner come out of alignment and stick up (I found the bolts when it came home just piled under the hood). Alex stated "it's not my fault, I have cameras, please have it towed back ($400 my cost), he took exactly ZERO accountability, wanted to argue when I told him I would have my glass guy put in the windshield and after offering to take care of it, he stated "you can come look at 80 hours of footage to see what we did, we'll see". "He hen stated I will have my paintless dent removal man look at it". First of all it is "structural damage" not a dent, and it would be a cold day in hell before I had Alex and Best Muffler ever have my car in this shop again!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CUSTOM CAR, STREET ROD OR CLASSIC TO THIS SHOP!!! I would never ever let BEST MUFFLER touch any of my vehicles again and I would warn potential customers to beware of what this shop will do to your vehicle then deny everything. I am reporting damages to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and in my opinion all the delays were caused because they damaged the vehicle and were trying to cover it up. The shop owner does not seem to understand that when they are in custody of the vehicle they are responsible for damages caused while they are in possession of the vehicle. A complete waste of time and money. It will cost me triple the muffler and pipe job they did to correct the damages they caused. BEWARE!!!!!!

Eddie and his team are excellent! They were all very knowledgeable and patient with me. I went in for a muffler delete to bring out more of the engine sound, they answered all the questions that I had and did such an amazing job! The welds are all clean and the new exhaust piping that they made to replace the muffler is top notch! They have a lot of different types of exhaust tips in stock and if you don't see anything that you like, they will order the part for you! I can't recommend these guys enough!

Great experience, so happy I found Best Muffler. Had my catalytic converter stolen and had to get it replaced. Was referred to Best Muffler by a friend and am so glad I went there. Eddie (owner) was very professional, got me the correct catalytic converter, and installed it at a very competitive price. The complete staff is very professional, courteous, and attentive. I also had a shield installed. Very happy with results and service.

Only muffler shop worth going to in the IE! I had a custom exhaust that I wanted and this was the only place with great reviews. My friend with the exact same setup showed his custom line to Eddie. Eddie took one pic for reference and replicated it even better than what my friend has. They got it done on NYE and I went into the new year with a brand new exhaust.
I recently got a ticket for my loud exhaust (no biggie, I knew the risk). I bought a stock exhaust and brought my car back to Best Muffler. His guys welded the stock exhaust a certain way so that it's easily swappable between my custom and stock.
I get so many compliments on my exhaust and how clean the weld is. Can't thank these guys enough for their work!
