The staff at this store has always been extremely helpful especially the manager and the property is very clean. I would love if the gate hours were more had more flexibility being open later in the day and earlier in the morning.

The representative had a predetermined disposition about me. Because I was riding a bicycle and had a backpack she thought I was homeless and insinuated that i was going to try to . live in the storage unit. The size of the unit was smaller than i anticipated.

Rates continue to climb. No added value. Extra items very overpriced. Staff always on lunch or never around when you need them. At least that’s been my experience.
