2018: The first order I placed went smoothly. Customer service was helpful and the items arrived in a timely manner. However, the second order was a different story. After three weeks of waiting for the shipment, I called daily for a week (nobody ever answered), I left detailed messages each time asking about the status of my order. I also tried reaching out to them through the sales email address listed on the website but never got a reply. Finally after another whole week of trying to reach them somebody answered the phone. It was been a month now of trying to get my 2nd order placed...I can only hope the items will arrive in time for our event. 🙁
2019: Watch out people! Inland Products stores your credit card information without your knowledge or authorization and uses it even though I sent them a PO for the products I was ordering. If I could give this company a minus rating I would!
BTW I am ordering items for our local HS Robotics team; therefore, I don't have the option of not ordering the items they ask me to purchase for them.

I made an order of custom sheet metal items for my side business with my logo. And when I got it it had no logo so I was disappointed. I had thought that I uploaded my image to their website and ordered it. But because I guess I took so long to upload it, when I placed the order the original page had expired and the logo didn't upload. I was sad. I emailed them and they said that they would charge me the same amount for blanks and not charge me for the logo to try to rectify the matter. I was very happy with their solution and also for their response time. Steve at Inland Products was very kind to do this. And his customer service is in the 90th %tile of anyone I have dealt with. Thank you again!

I spoke to a woman named Cindy on the phone who was extremely rude to me. I placed an order six weeks ago that was supposed to arrive with 5-7 days. She claims a machine had been down when I spoke to her three weeks ago, and assured me my order would go out that week. Now she says she has no idea about my order and that there is no one else in the building that can help me. She raised her voice at me and was very rude. I have never had anyone treat me this way as a client ever. If my employees ever spoke to any of my clients this way, they would not have a job to come back to.

Can't get my order and when I ask about it, I get yelled at.

Was a pleasure working with Steve from Inland Products. My company is a Sub Contractor out of NASA, performing work on the Orion space vehicle. We needed metal ID tags for our tools/equipment, and Steve gave prompt responses to my inquiries, and even offered stellar ideas. We had a tight turnaround schedule for these, and Steve managed to get them to us a day early! The tags came out looking fantastic, with our company logo laser etched into shiny blue metallic aluminum plates. The materials used were top notch, and the plates are very solid, and thick. These will most definitely stand the test of time, and abuse that our spacecraft technicians throw at them! Will most definitely be placing future orders with Inland Products through Steve. Thank you guys so much!!! A+ and then some!

Ordered on June 11th. I started calling 10 days later when my order status didn't change from confirmed on their website. I also emailed. They NEVER answer the phone NEVER returned my calls or my emails. Here I am almost a month later and I still don't know if I'll have my order in time. Really unprofessional way to do business

The products Inland Products makes are top-notch and very professional looking. I use the tags on the dog collars and leashes I sell through my website and Etsy shop. The tags are durable and the etching does not wear off. The edges of the tags are finished and smooth and so are the pre-drilled holes. I have tried one other vendor, but was so dissatisfied with the tag I threw them away. Keep up the good work Inland Products!
