I rarely leave a performance review but this situation clearly merits attention. Back in early December I placed a very simple order for a small uncomplicated stainless steel part in moderate quantity. The parts were part of a much larger project with ongoing needs for fabrication which I was very clear about. I was given a hard completion date of Jan 3 after the before Christmas promise evaporated. I was then given excuse after excuse including that they were actually in the middle of completing the order as we spoke. I finally received the order on February 5th. After we had completed the transaction I said to the two men at the counter “I rarely do this but you guys were very delinquent with my order and it wasn’t met with any concern whatsoever by your staff. Both men looked at me and laughed while one of them eventually told me several times that it was if no concern to him whatsoever and specifically “I could lick the sweat off of his ba**’s” he actually said this and variations of this as I was departing. I was desperate to give a smaller fabrication outfit steady work and this is what I got.

* UPDATE *
I did receive a call from Mr. Keller and he did apologize for his employees remarks. In this day and age I guess that is a win.
