I went there to get housing because im homeless at this moment the waiting line wasnt ling and i was treated with kindness and compassion. The whole proces took less than an hour.

I love the library!! The staff is amazing!!! They have a lot if shows and activities for the kids. Down side is that a lot of homeless spend more of their day time in there or by the doors and it makes it seem unsafe for the kiddos because you can smell the strong unclean bodies and some drug substances. I love taking my kids there but always under my supervision.

Very helpful people/place. Have your ducks in a row and all paperwork together before you go. Call ahead to verify everything you will need. Best to make an appointment because wait times can be extremely long if you don't.

Spacious well maintained facility with a lot of different rooms for various activities. There's a library next door and a community garden on the side which is lovely.
