This is the best storage facility experience I’ve ever had, Cheryl (who runs the office) is amazing! She is always going above and beyond to make sure that our needs are taken care of and if ever we have an issue or questions she is quick to reach back to us if she misses our call, usually within 10-15mins. She has seriously been our savior, especially recently, when we needed to upsize from a 5x5 to something larger due to a hiccup in our living situation she kept us up to date and informed us immediately as a unit large enough became available and even was able to help us find a backup rental facility just incase nothing became available! I am so ecstatic that we were lucky enough to have a big unit at empire mini storage open up as we love it here and I was dreading the idea of having to say goodbye to (in my personal opinion) The best storage facility in Lake county hands down! Great location, good rates, love feeling my belongings are secure, coded gate entry and exit, and awesome employees who actually care about their customers needs and treat us more like family no just another check. thank you Empire Mini Storage and THANK YOU CHERYL!!

This is a great storage facility. We have stored our household items here, before we could move into our home. Also our travel trailer has lived there for 6 years
No problems.

Empire Storage had the perfect size unit for us and Cheryl made sure we had everything we needed. I felt very informed after she walked us through everything. I definitely recommend Empire for locals. It's a great option for those extra items that take up too much space at home.

I have had my things in Empire for years. The BEST part of all of it was 'CHERYL'.......meeting her, working with her, her fabulous kind BIG heart! HER CARING. She is a GEM. Best storage facility in Lake County, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The lockers are in amazing condition and extremely secure to keep you storage safe and if you need any moving material, they've got it. 100 percent recommend empire storage!

We have been renting from Empire Mini Storage since 2015. The grounds are always well kept and Cheryl and staff are really friendly and helpful. I just recently rented another unit and Cheryl was a huge help. Plus I feel my belongings are safe and we’ll protected there.
