I've been looking for a really high quality furniture repair and woodworking business/person and now I have! I found Paul and Yankee Craftsman on Google after moving to the Marina del Ray area. He started by fixing the wooden legs on my bench, saving this piece from landfill and the dump. He then provided a really creative consultation on how I could retrofit a vintage wood headboard. He's very skilled and has a lovely demeanor. Happy to be a customer!

The Yankee Craftsman was a great experience to work with. From the consultation, quote and pick up of my credenza, to the perfect job he did of restoring the totally warped cabinet.
It's like new, possibly better.
Price was very reasonable, a great value.

Our dining room furniture was damaged from a car plowing through our back block wall and breaking a picture window in the dining room. Tiny shards of glass embedded in our oak dining room table and one of the cement blocks took a chunk out of the leg of one chair. Paul came and took the table top and one chair. He returned it in less than a week and it is like new. We couldn't be more satisfied and besides he is a delightful young man. I definitely give him 5 stars.
