I have only left a few one star reviews...ever.

I've had bad customer service before, and this is a leap beyond. Downright terrible customer service. Condescening and ignorant front office folks. They can't answer simple questions outside of their scripts. They tell you to call, which redirects you to THE SAME DAMN PEOPLE. HOW IS THAT EFFECTIVE

Get your act together, Hermosa. You're better than this.

The Oktoberfest event was so badly put together. The lines were ridiculously long, and they ran out of the steins, so I paid for tickets for absolutely nothing. Will definitely let people know to skip this event in the future.

Bad attitude. Chamber "doesn't work for me or for the city." Just bad interactions every time and definitely not representative of the ethos of Hermosa Beach. Telling every business I know to steer clear of this place.
