I was a tenant in the chiloquin oregon area western manufacturing was also where I was employed I was charged 1550 for a house that I lived in for 9 months I had no running water in my kitchen so I was unable to use my sink and dishwasher my bathroom had flooring missing next to the bathtub which also meant we could not use our bathtub I since have left and have had multiple occasions of harassment from the family of the mananager I was told through the whole time that the manager would fix it I was also told by the manager that if I contacted the main office of western manufacturing that I would have 72 hours before I would be walked off the property I was forced into my contract we were already moved in and they waited till I gave them the deposit and first months rent to give me the contract. If this is the place you are going to try and live be prepared to be scream yelled at and cussed out for going the speed limit because the manager thinks it's to fast. We've also been yelled at for our trashcan being full because the manager needed to use the dumpster that we paid for. Now that we're gone I have been able to contact the office and they have been extremely helpful so we are thankful for that. The manager told us on May 31st that we had three days to leave we packed up and we're gone on the 2nd. We were called on Monday the 4th and the office told us we'd have till July 1st to be out we are now homeless and have no place to go.
