Super cool staff. Quick loading. Directions: From I-5 south take Exit 172 towards Highway 126 West then take Exit 5 towards South Saticoy Highway 118 S Wls road at the end of road take right turn to Santa Clara Ave West then turn right to Celcius Ave then customer is right hand side take wide left turn to use truck entrance Shipping office and docks are behind the building Take Drivers license for check in, Axel need to slide all the way back before back to dock. Portable restroom and sink available. No overnight parking but can find street parking nearby like South East St.

Great customer service!! I love my rotating spice rack, but I needed a lid to a spice jar. I emailed the company and a representative name Pascual answered me promptly. He made me feel like a valued customer. He sent me a replacement lid for one of my spice jars with ease. Thank you Pascual!!! 😉

This is the utmost worst place to pick up a load. TRUKERS BEWARE!! Got to the receiver at 9 am. I did not get loaded until 430 pm. and was out of there at 6 pm. I'm never picking up a load here anymore. Amongst it all the workers are very respectful and polite. That was a plus. Everything else was just horrible.

Appt time 1500. Check in 1049. Check out 1249. Only one truck entrance. Turn wide when turning left. Docks and shipping office in the back of the building. Portable restroom and sink available. Take drivers license in with you at time of check in. Very efficient shipper.

Good people good place. Easy to find with a decent size parking lot to maneuver. Had a noon appointment got here at 7 am. Checked in and got a dock immediately, was told loaders come in at 8 am and I was done by 9:45 am.

My Pick Up appointment was at 1pm. Checked In at 12:30pm, it's already 5pm and haven't being assigned a Door while other trucks keep going first than me This is the second time this happens last time I ended up waiting for 8 hours..

I had a 2pm appointment, i arrived at 12:30 and received a door almost immediately. I was loaded and rolling out by 1:37pm! Definitely wouldn’t mind loading here again..
