We have been very happy with the front door we purchased from Pinky's! We purchased an AIR 4 WITH THERMAL BREAK - SINGLE FLAT. It looks amazing and we get lots of complements on it. It's very heavy which shows the quality. Shipping was simple and arrived very securely. I called them before ordering and talked directly with someone that seemed to be at their wearhouse. I ordered a new iron door from Pinky's a few months ago. It showed up a few days ago. Although I've yet to install it, the entire process to this point has been seamless. I got outstanding assistance from one of their sales guys as he patiently fielded all of my questions. They stayed in regular contact with me during the manufacturing process so I knew where the process was. Also, the shipping and delivery was well communicated. I'm not expecting any issues during the installation process, but that's not really their responsibility. I'm very pleased with my whole experience.

We are currently 5 years into custom doors we had Pinky's make for a commercial building that includes a very busy bakery called Bob's Well Bread. These doors are indestructible, considering all the use they get, and they look incredible. Additionally, the Pinky's customer service is incredible and I feel like they did a great job guiding me through the design process, which included having to have doors built specifically for ADA Commercial and accessibility specifications. I highly recommend pinky's and their products and think our purchase from Pinky's was some of the best money we spent on our project. The doors are constantly getting compliments and I'm always happy when I can send people Pinky's way.

Excellent product. The door is wonderful and we are very pleased with it. Our contractor says the door was built to the exact specifications given to Pinky’s and fit perfectly. He says it is the best looking door they’ve installed. Ed, the delivery driver was very professional, helpful and friendly. He called the day before the delivery to affirm the delivery time. His timing was perfect as our help arrived just when he was finishing taking the tarp off and was the exact time he said he would be there. The office staff that we worked with was excellent. Every phone call was answered, every email was answered and they were very patient with as we worked with them and our contractor. You can not go wrong working with Pinky’s. From the first contact to the the final product they are top notch.

We researched extensively with choosing to go with an iron door and found Pinky’s. Although we live in Northern CA, we are so happy with that decision and from the beginning of calling the office and emails, we found that they were upfront and very honest throughout the entire process. Pinky's was GREAT. The products were easy to shop online. They noted delivery times for the products. Their email recipes and shipping notifications were super - and the beautiful door knobs even showed up a day early. I would 100% shop here again. Thank you Pinky's. (also if you are comparing another iron door company in LA - skip them. a scam - Pinky's is the real deal.)
