This place is a joke. Keep in mind shipper, you don't owe my truck to hold me there as much as you want. 12 hours at the pickup. Shame shame, we are on ELD and when we don'tha 2 more hours to get to our family, because we waste it waiting for you to load the trailer, you don't care, and sleep in your comfortablebed, but we have to take 34 hours in a cage. . Drivers, there are plenty of loads $3/mile and up that can be picked up much much faster. Don't loose your precious time and nerces sitting there. Good luck. Change your management and don't ask for more trucks that you need.

They may produce a stellar product, but loading from here is something that I will NEVER do again. 5.5 hours and still not loaded. That's ok though, I will deliver with the same expediency. Not going to kill myself over it.
Took 6.25 hours to load .

Checked in at 6pm, was told will take about 10hrs to have trailer ready, next day at 7.30am trailer was in same place empty... if you plan a restart or weekend load it might work, they need different shipping management!

I had to leave one star bc I couldn’t leave no stars lol. 9 hours to load is unreal !!!! I should’ve known when they told me to drop my trailer and I could wait of leave they’d call me when the load was ready. Don’t haul their loads guys

Try to never ever loads from this company because it takes couple of hours to load you it’s almost 7.5 hours that I am waiting still they are not done yet, it my takes 2 to 3 more hours to load my trailer.

One of the worst places I have ever been to get loaded. Been here 5 hours already and still no answer on when my trailer will be loaded. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I will not ever haul a load for this company again.
