We just purchased a $2000 septic system from this business. We are very happy with the product and the stellar customer service. Lloyd went out if his way to give us a diagram to help us. We even purchased a belt from their fine leather shop. *Beware of reviewers that complain. They are usually just looking for a handout*

I am a small local business and i bought a $3000 dollar refrigerated box from Bandera and was happy with my service up until i was charged an extra hour for delivery cost. We politely questioned the owner for clarification of rates and recieved zero customer service nor refund or explaination. She was not even willing to resolve the issue. I feel if you support your local community and other small business this was not acceptable behavior.

The leather goods shop is the ONLY place within hours and hours to find leather and findings for the independent leather crafts person. It's a great find.
They're very, very pleasant. The selection is varied, they get deals on leather and pass them along to their customers.

Boo!!. Talk about not appreciating your customers.
Dosen't matter how much you spend those stuck up old ladies won't let you use the bathroom.
It's the least you could do for a customer spending thousands of dollars with you.
