Update:
Unfortunately, after being a customer for a year, I am changing my rating. I am now rating them at 2 stars. I would give them 1 star, but their driver/technician Jose deserves 5 stars so I'm considering that an extra star for the company overall.
The folks are all really friendly, and that definitely goes a long way (*See other star) The problems I've experienced with this company aren't the fault of a single person or something like that. It's just a frustrating lack of communication in their organization. I understand the company recently changed hands. Maybe that's to blame, but as a customer, I shouldn't have to wonder why. Getting propane shouldn't require this much of my time and effort. They have a local monopoly, but I'm definitely the unhappy customer that will tell 50 people anyways.

I'm giving Sequoia Gas a 5-star rating solely due to the customer service provided by their delivery driver/technician Jose. He's one in a million and the company's greatest asset as far as I'm concerned. Jose is as good as it gets. A true professional.

We changed our propand supplier to Sequoia a couple of years ago. They are so much more responsive than the previous supplier. We are are on a will call service but we almost never have to call. Instead the driver checks in with us and tops up our tank long before it is low. All of the staff is firendly and accomadating.

We are a traveling family, We had messed up breaks and $30 to our name, we did what we could to bleed our breaks to no avail.
We pulled in there to make a phone call and find out what I could do, thought alright I'll try 1 more store. Asked the owner he said "I'll help ya out been there before !!
They were truly amazing people! And so very friendly! Excellent customer service just an all round amazing store!!!
