I ordered several patches and a ballcap from Holm Patches & Hats just a few days prior to leaving on a big road trip. Alan was very helpful and accommodating, even though I'm just an individual customer and not a company buying in bulk. I was very pleased that the order arrived in plenty of time for the trip. I was even more pleased with the quality of the items I bought! The colors are bright, the embroidery is flawless, and the patches were easy to iron on.

I accidently overpayed my order. Alan responded to my e-mail in just a few minutes. It was tricky with the refund because it was an international payment. Alan gave me daily updates about the process. I got all my money back and also got the patches I ordered. I'm very pleased and can highly recommend Holm patches & hats!

If I could, I would rate Holm Patches & Hats 11 stars out of 5! Had some issues making my order as I live in another country but considering I was only buying a $12 baseball cap they/Alan in particular bent over backwards to fix the problems and get me the hat in good time. Thank you very much.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this business and proprietor, let me tell you professionalism is not within his niche. Got very upset because his whims were not catered to in a timely manner. Claims to be professional but is instead very vengeful and evil, If I were you, I would stay away from this business. Came to my place of business a couple of times and wanted everything his way to which I catered to at the time. This last time, he got upset because I would not cater to his whims. Leaves alot to be desired as a business.
