These are the worst dates I’ve ever eaten in my life. I believe I was taken advantage of because you said you were closing your online store so you reduced your prices to clear out inventory, but instead you sold horrible dates to me. I wanted to order more dates before they were all gone so I ordered 4 boxes of your variety sampler (since that’s all that was left in your inventory), something I would never have done because I always ordered the 11-pound Premium Medjool Dates. I’m on my second box of the variety sampler and, just like the first box I opened, except for the pitted Deglet dates, the dates in the variety sampler are extremely unappealing and tasteless: they’re either completely dry and rock hard, or they’re almost completely dry and grainy and gross.

I loved your Medjool dates. If I had known your variety sampler was 95% horrible for basically the same price as your wonderful Medjool dates, I would have ordered Medjools from a different grower!

I used to order organic dates from the Oasis Date Garden. Since I am on their e-mail list, Oasis sent me an ad about the new (2020) harvest. so, I ordered 11 lb of 2020 harvest Madjool dates. To my surprise I received not the 2020 harvested dates but 11 lb of dried dates that seemed not to be 2020 harvest. They are hard and hard to chew. I have been in a few date gardens in the States and overseas and I know fresh dates. these were definitely old dates. Within 24 hours of receiving my order, I complaint about it. The complaint dept. wanted me to take pictures of the dates, which I did and sent the pictures with the reply to the e-mail. It has been over 48 hours since I received the dates and I have not received any response from company. Be ware, make sure you receive what your order, they are not cheap. good luck

I called to see about using the date powder for my products and the lady on the phone wasn’t very customer service friendly. I asked her how her day was going and she said “Good. How can I help you?” in a way that was making me feel like I was rushed to get to the point versus building a rapport. I just hung. I’ll look for another company that has better customer service value for that specific food product.

Fresh fruits and veggies all the time. Fresh nuts hand picked and we got 25 things for only $25. Great guy who runs the stand. Definitely want to check them out. Support local farmers!

Place is trash checked in early it’s been 8 hours still haven’t been loaded they said their was 1 truck in front but they loaded like 7. Lazy employees avoid this place
