I am so impressed with Coachella Valley Water District. From the moment I called the office to ask for help until the moment the technicians finished their work and left the area cleaner than it was before they got there, I was greeted with sincere friendliness and helped with superlative professionalism. The technician who did the work, Daniel, was so thorough and explained to me exactly what he was doing. After 4 days without water, I could finally take a shower. If only I had called them first instead of messing around with plumbers who didn't know what they were doing.

CVWD also puts out an amazing guide for homeowners, called Lush and Efficient. The guide describes all kinds of plants that will grow well here in the Valley. It's a great resource!

Thank you, Coachella Valley Water District!!!

Too many speed bumps to get to the parking lot. Otherwise easy to find. Lots of easy to follow signs. Quick and easy to pay water bill in person inside. Friendly employees

We had a problem finding our water shut off valve in back of our home. Since there’s was a leakage inside one of the bathroom and we couldn’t stop it we called the water district. After digging for quiet some time Travis Johnson found the buried shut off valve. He definitely saved the day for us. We even tried to offered him a tip but said no thank you! He clearly loves doing he’s job and shall be promoted to a higher position. Keep up the great customer service.

We have a Century Tract home about 1,900 sq. ft here in North La Quinta Just called the district water management department because we got a bill for $139.00 for a thirty day period. We have no leaks on two in this tiny house and lot. they are sending someone over to check the districts irrigation clock, the meter reading seems to be accurate but I am very curious as to what's going on with these obsessive charges. They already told me on the phone we are heading for another big bill for the next period. Something is going on and I hope others are concerned about huge percentage increase especially when its not a problem with water waste/leak.

Very rude over the phone. And doesn't have a clue what's going on when they have an outage in your area. If it's a emergency shut off for a repair and everyone is sitting in the shade eating lunch at 10:00 in the morning. Get it together people. If you hate your job and have a bad attitude you should probably find something that makes you happy.

This agency is a scam. We don’t live in our house except one or two weekends a month. Our water bill goes up and up and up! $200 to $300 plus!!! Going to report this agency and recommend others to do the same!

Our water bills are increasing 30 to 50 dollars a month. The water department is literally screwing us on this. Theyre saying its to filter out a natural occurring element that has no immediate impact on our health. This is a bunch of bull. This is just the city robbing our hard earned money. They dont even deserve the one star. We need to stop these thieves.
