Unable to shut off my water because they have no way to contact their office or staff. Unprofessional, lazy, and inconsiderate! I’ve been call for days, only dead calls (no one on the other line) ! I lost my info for my account while moving, and my security questions are correct, however they will not let me shut off my service!

Worse utility and customer care ever. First their ridiculous rule you have to prove ownership of the property; however, they don't verify your identity. This means anyone can go in and say they are you. Enroll in paperless billing and/or auto payment and they provide no discount. So, save them labor, postage, printing and you the customer get nothing for your efforts. All this while they remind you with their threat of being able to place a lien on your property. Then they should at least verify your identity. No social, no drivers license, no identification at all. Where's the logic, consumer protection or security in that policy?
