All I can say is that R Computer is outstanding. My wife worked for a family business that used R Computer. They were extremely helpful and always available when needed. When it came to our home computer whenever we had issues we would contact R Computer (as we are not very computer literate). When we needed a new desktop computer and laptop we went through R Computer. They are very honest, and worked with us for what we needed. Rhonda, Stephen and John are the best. I would highly recommend R Computer. They have been lift savers for us!!

DON’T COME HERE. My computer was having issues turning on so I decided to bring it in and they claimed it was faulty ram causing the problem. They charged me $220 just to get a diagnosis which is outrageous but I thought it would be worth it since this place was highly reviewed. I got new ram and after a couple minutes of use, my computer became very slow. I was very frustrated so I got a second opinion and they told me the issue was the cpu getting overheated and that old ram was perfectly fine. I got a new cooling system and it’s been working just fine. I could’ve saved $220 if I had gone to the other place before. Very dissatisfied

My laptop died all of a sudden, and found R -Computers near by. I had a pleasure of speaking with John and Steven Who advised me that it was time to Invest into a new laptop instead of dumping money on the old one I had. As a consumer, I appreciate their honesty and definitely recommend them to anyone else.

HONESTY POINTS: I brought in a laptop with a broken hinge and a deflecting chassis every time I opened it and closed it. I wanted to get a quote for the work to fix it. But they said that given the age of the laptop, it was probably best to just live with it as-is if I could since it won't be too long before it'll be time to replace the laptop anyways. I appreciated their honesty instead of just doing the work just for the sake of making money off of me.

My HP Pavilion Laptop suffered a broken hinge, which caused the frame to separate from the screen and the lid will not close.

Stephen Haitch from R Computers diagnosed the issue instantly. He acknowledged that this model has a design flaw with the hinges.

I would highly recommend R Computers, and Stephen Haitch, for computer repairs.

We have also experienced great service with R Computers with regards to computer software installations and repairs.

The tune-up of our Desktop HP went well and in a timely fashion. Stephen was very professional in describing what he was going to do, and how long would take. Now I need to schedule my laptop for its tune-up! R-Computer has been our go to computer vendor and supplier for over 10 years. I highly recommend them.

We have been using R-Computer for over 20yrs and They are a really great company with really great team member on staff there. Stephen in the inhouse tech dept is always fast friendly and does a really great job for us whenever I need to bring in one of our computers. They all are kind, quick, thorough, they stand behind their work and boy do they build fantastic custom computers that last and stand the test of time far better than HP, Dell and other big name brands. You truly get great a great quality product at a very reasonable price. I will not go anywhere else.

My computer needs were two-fold: My office system was 12 years old and needed to be replaced/updated, and I had a lap top unit from a former employee that had a password lock to access, that was not known. Stephen Haitch helped with both situations, including spending a generous amount of time in my office to assure all hardware was operating properly and that transfer of all software and files was thorough. Couldn't have done any of the solutions with him.
