This review and complaint is specifically for the Seafood Department:

I’m sick of the fillets NEVER being scaled. Every single time I get fillets from Costco they are unscaled and I have to scale it myself which is very difficult to do on small pieces of fish without smashing a significant portion of the meat!
If you want to sell the whole fish unscaled that’s perfectly fine- it’s way easier to scale a whole fish and much less likely to damage the meat.

If your employees don’t have time to scale the fish with everything else they have to do then please hire someone else to do so- DO NOT just make them do extra work without extra pay. This company has plenty of money to do so.

One of our favorite places to go for gas, groceries, and the food court. Vendor quality is good here and they really limit their skus to ensure the best products, and keep what is selling. You can end up spending a lot of your paycheck so don't get unless you need it. Also better to buy frozen things and have a chest freezer (tip). Easy to get, good parking, tire services are great. 5 star.

I had a very disappointing experience at Costco recently. My dad was sick and waiting in the car while my mom went inside to shop using his membership card. The staff [Veronica] [She don't even speak English] refused to allow her entry because the card was in his name, even after explaining the situation. This lack of compassion and understanding in such a challenging moment was incredibly disheartening. Policies are important, but so is treating customers with kindness and flexibility in special circumstances. I expected better from Costco."

Pretty much standard Costco with the exception that they make sushi on site. The first location in the Bay area to do it so I had to visit.

Also the gas price for the day was really cheap.

Sadly, this is the most crowded Costco I've ever been to. Parking is absolutely insane here no matter the time or day unfortunately. Costco is wonderful and the deals are worth the membership prices, especially with gas, but I'd recommend going to a different Costco if at all possible. Otherwise plan to spend a lot of time to do any shopping

As an avid Costco shopper and someone who has visited several across the Bay Area, he concord location is one of the very best. Parking is a little easier here than many of the others. The gas station is a great bonus, and I appreciate their flexible operating hours. It’s clear many of the employees here have been around for a long time and I think that’s a reflection of how happy they are to work here. Thank You Concord Costco for being easy to shop at.

Costco with wide varieties

This Costco is quite different than others. You get wide varieties of pet food which you won’t find in Costco Livermore or Costco Danville.
If you are Fur parent like me you will love the pet section with all sorts of toys, treats, dog food (dry and wet)

Delighted to see a separate frozen food section for your furbaby.

Can always count on Costco to have wide open aisles, items clearly marked, many things discounted & a vast array of high quality, low priced merchandise. They pride themselves on bringing in more & more organic foods, as well as more sustainable products, with less wasteful packaging. I love that they actual listen to customers & respond to suggestions. Their exceptional focus on customer service really pays off because they have many loyal customers, who expect the best at the most reasonable prices.
