From the moment I called Tap Plastics, Jesse was amazing to work with and coordinate my project details with. This company is as transparent as the custom acrylic panels I ordered from them! They consisted of complex angles, and a plethora of holes that needed to be spot-on precise. Ben, I'm sure with some help from Kira int he fab shop, meticulously worked a masterpiece of all 5 panels. i couldn't be more satisfied with the product, except they were able to knock it out in less than half the original time quoted!

Hands down, best name is plastics. While I was there, I noticed they have tons of customs capabilities, and all the products you could ever need. Thank you guys!

Some of the nicest humans I've interacted with. Kira and the entire team are incredibly helpful and exceptionally kind. Having frequented Tap in Pleasant Hill almost every week for over a year, I can attest to the consistently warm greeting and eagerness to assist every time I step through the door. I wish I could add another star!

Turned down a 70 year old who needed help cutting a 7ft piece of plastic after they sold the piece and recommended it be longer than ordered.

I cannot thank these people enough! I had an emergency need to fix a window in my camper. I did not have dimensions, so I had to trace, and asked them to cut the wrong size on my first try. Thankfully, I was able to put my pride away, and they patiently kept cutting away at the new piece until it fit just right. Everyone was very patient with me, kind, and very helpful. They saved me from getting rained and snowed!

Got what I needed. Everyone was nice here. Kira was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Looks like they got new staff. I used to avoid coming to this location because people were rude here. Thats no longer the case. I came back twice today since there were other things I needed. Friendly staff makes a world of difference

Very helpful staff, great prices, and were able to get me exactly what I needed for a home project. When I asked if they'd be able to have it ready within a week or two, the gentleman I ordered from smiled and said he'd have it ready in 10 minutes, and he did! Will definitely be returning here for any plastic project needs.

I was very impressed by this place. Lots of varied merchandise, super friendly/knowledgeable staff, clean and well lit. Prices weren't too bad, especially given that it's schtick is custom cutting. If you're lucky enough to run across what you're looking for in the scrap bin, you can buy small styrene sheets, etc. by the pound, which is practically giving-it-away prices.

With more research, I might be able to get things a little cheaper, but honestly, it wouldn't be worth the bother. At this place, you can go in and walk out with exactly what you want, even if you're not quite certain what you want yet. I'll definitely be returning here in the future.

I always go to this tap plastics for worbla, and today was no different. I went for their large size, the 39 in size but they only had one and it was severely damaged. When I asked the staff if they had more they pointed me to their extra large rolls, and I asked again if they had their smaller sizes, to which neither of the employees responded and then proceeded to make a jibe to me about getting smaller sizes. I don't really appreciate having asking for a different size because the one that was on the sales floor is damaged, and then being made fun of for asking. It was a simple, we don't get the smaller sizes, no reason to be rude. Needless to say I didn't buy their damaged piece and I won't be returning.
